Rent conditions

Cancellation policy

Price.- Unless otherwise specified, prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, and community expenses, as long as the duration of the rental is less than two months.

 

Reservation.- It will only be taken firm when we have communicated the receipt of the payment.

 

Payment of the rest of the price and guarantee deposit.- It must be made obligatorily at the time of collection of keys, in cash or by certified check. Stubs / checks are not accepted upon arrival,

 

Security deposit.- It is 150 euros and serves to guarantee possible damages caused by the tenant. It will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after your departure, in cash, check or bank transfer.

 

Key handover: From 5 pm on the day of entry, except if it is Sunday or holidays, which will be from 11 am to 2 pm, after payment of the rest of the rent and the guarantee deposit. Finques Ginesta does not undertake to keep the reservation, if the accommodation has not been occupied within 48 hours of the expected time of arrival, unless it has been communicated in writing. In any case, the shortening of the stay will not give rise to any refund.

 

Key return: At 10 am on the day of departure

 

Cleaning: They will be delivered in proper cleaning conditions,

 

Capacity: the established capacity may not be exceeded in any case

 

Equipment: The houses are equipped with bedding, blankets, and basic kitchen utensils. They do not have towels or tablecloths, or napkins

 

Pets: Unless otherwise specified, the entry of domestic animals is NOT allowed.

 

Pools: The community pools are usually open from mid-June to the end of September, check in each case.

 

Beaches: The agency will not be responsible if, for various reasons, the official bodies close or limit access to any of the beaches.

 

Responsibilities:

Finques Ginesta will not be responsible:

- Of the theft or damage that tenants may suffer during their stay.

- The operation of the swimming pools, either because it is due to a failure in the filtration system or because the community of owners has agreed to reduce the opening time.

- The cut off of water, gas or electricity supply when this is attributable to the supply companies.

- Of the noise by works, premises or nearby houses.

- Delay in the repair of existing household appliances in the home, by the official services of the brands.

 

Cancellations:

The compensation that will be applied to the total rental price will be the following:

- Up to 90 days before the arrival date, 5%, with a minimum of 50 euros.

- Between 89 and 30 days, 20%, with a minimum of 50 euros.

- Between 29 and 8 days, 40%, with a minimum of 50 euros.

- Less than 8 days, 100%.

- Cancellations will have to be notified by e-mail, obligatorily to the mail info@finquesginesta.com.

Extras not included in the rental price, as long as they are allowed and authorized by Finques Ginesta (Rates per week):

- Pets: 60 euros - Cot: 40 euros

 

Grounds for eviction:

• Not respecting the norms of the community.

• Exceeding the number of people authorized for the farm.

• Having unauthorized pets.

• Damage the rented property.

• Inappropriate behavior by tenants, such as disturbing noise to the neighborhood community.

Privacity policy

According to that established in the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD) 15/1999 of 13th December, please be advised that your personal details are included in the files held by FINQUES GINESTA in order to be able to suitably deal with your requests for information and to prepare any estimates you may request.
